six truths (my first tag!)

A few days ago I was tagged by Rosy of the blog Rosy Ruminations to do this six truths meme*. (Rosy by the way has a great blog - and she's fairly new to the blog world so I imagine it can only get better).

The rules are as follows:

• link to the person that tagged you
• post the rules on your blog
• share six non-important things/habits/quirks about yourself
• tag six random people at the end of your post by linking to their blogs
• let each random person know that they have been tagged by leaving a comment on their blog

(1) I not-so-secretly enjoy the family channel (disney channel for those of you in the US) and can often be found watching Hannah Montana, The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, The Proud Family, Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide, Smart Guy and several other shows I should be embarrassed to admit I know the name of.

(2) I can (and do) eat eggs any time of the day. I recently discovered and fell in love with eggs benedict. yummy.

(3) I'm slightly OCD. Not in a way that effects my day-to-day life but enough so that I sometimes annoy myself.

(4) I love all things Egypt. I must have been an Egyptian in a past-life...perhaps I was Queen Nefertari :) I have an Egyptian tattoo and collect books about Egypt and it's history. I finally took my dream trip there last year.

(5) I have a massive girl crush on Angelina Jolie. This was before she became of major interest to tabloid/gossip magazines, before she adopted her children, before she and Brad Pitt hooked up...this was even before Billy Bob Thornton. I'd say it goes back to just after she did Gia so that's '98/'99. I consider myself an original Jolie lover :) and that makes me happy.

(6) I only drink peppermint tea. It's what I grew up drinking and I only just discovered about two or three years ago that peppermint tea is not 'regular' tea. It's kind of a funny story that I will share later.
